Surfing On Traffic Exchanges For Credits

The Basics

Traffic Exchanges is a good and free way to get traffic. You basically surf on other people’s websites to gain credits, and then you use these credits to get people to look at your website.

Most of the traffic exchanges have a free and a pro version, and of course if you are a pro (paid) member you get more credits per page you view + more benefits like free credits each month, ETC.

The traffic you get from traffic exchanges will not have a high conversion rate to signups, on most of the exchanges I have an average below 1% more like 0.6 maybe. The best one without doubt is Traffic Swarm; here the average is 1-2%.

I have found that using different capture pages can get you a litter higher conversion rate, and if you have the option to opt-in to your autoresponder on the capture page, you’ll get 1-10% doing that. So this is a great way to gain prospects on the traffic exchanges.

Best Way To Surf On The Free Traffic Exchanges

There is only one way you should surf on the free traffic exchanges and that is using a tabbed browser like Mozilla Firefox. The reason for this is that you can surf on unlimited number of traffic exchanges at the same time and I will show you how.

Start by downloading and installing Mozilla Firefox.
After that you need to join some free traffic exchanges, I have listed the ones I uses in the tools section.

After you have joined 5-10 traffic exchanges go to one of them and start surfing for credits. After you have started surfing for credits click on “File” then “New Tab” Like shown in the picture below.

Now go to you second Traffic Exchange and start surfing for credits, and repeat the step above do this until you have loaded all your Traffic Exchanges. Your browser should now look something like this:

Now click on “Bookmarks” and “Bookmark All Tabs”. Create a name for the folder and you are done ;)

Every time you want to go surfing for credits now, you just hit bookmarks find the folder you just created, right click on it with your mouse and choose “Open in Tabs”

HINT: When surfing for credits use Ctrl-Tab to change between the tabs in this way you can surf really fast and get a lot of credits!
